Common side effects observed while medicating with Cefdinir are vomiting, diarrhea or nausea may occur. Inform your doctor if these conditions persist or get worse. There are some serious side effects which must be informed to the doctor right away if observed such as stomach/abdominal pain, persistent nausea/vomiting, yellowing eyes/skin, dark urine, unusual fatigue, new signs of infection (persistent sore throat, fever), easy bruising/bleeding, signs of kidney problems (change in the amount of urine), mental/mood changes (such as confusion), persistent diarrhea, blood/mucus in your stool, white patches in your mouth, a change in vaginal discharge, or other new symptoms etc. There are also some severe allergic reactions involved with these medications which require immediate medical attention if observed such as rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), trouble breathing, severe dizziness, fainting, fast/irregular heartbeat, signs of a tear/break in the main blood vessel called the aorta (sudden/severe pain in stomach/chest/back, cough, shortness of breath) etc.
